April Lynn Davis has experience with big mountain views and high-end features expected in the luxury home market. She works with local contractors for up-to-date cost data. April Lynn Davis adheres to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, congressionally recognized valuation methods and techniques for all valuation professionals. Every appraisal is independent, impartial, and objective.
April Lynn Davis spent her summers working with her father, Pearson Construction and Services through high school and began her business education in 1997 at Appalachian State University. Her first business venture was a painting company that grew into a specialty mural and faux finish business for luxury homes. She continued her business education at Blueridge Community College, '07; Studied Invasive Species Management with Kudzu Coalition in Spartanburg, SC and Southeastern Community College, Whiteville, NC '09; Volunteered with Schiele Museum of Natural History and Potters House in 2010. In 2014 April Lynn Davis entered her apprenticeship with BRB Appraisals in Hendersonville, NC. She received her Trainee License in 2015, was certified by the State as a Certified Appraiser in 2022 and established YourAppraisalReport,Inc. She is currently studying Luxury Home Appraiser Certification and Green Building Appraiser Certification. April Lynn Davis continues to build her credentials and stay up to date with the fast-changing local market trends.
